1 cup butter 1-1/2 cup brown sugar ½ cup milk 6 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar Melt butter, add brown sugar. Boil and stir 1 minute or until slightly thick. Cool slightly. Add ½ cup milk. Beat until smooth. Beat in confectioner’s sugar until spreading consistency. Note: You will have plenty of icing left over. Spread it on a plate and put in the fridge. This icing makes good fudge. close window |
